A New Chapter

My soul companioning practice is currently full while I weave a new thread into my vocational kete.

I'm completing a Master of Creative Arts Therapy, bringing together my love of creativity and companioning people through life's journeys.

I know in my bones how sustaining creativity can be. It has brought me hope and joy, and I want to support others to discover these possibilities for themselves.

If you'd like to hear about my future Creative Arts Therapy offerings, or be notified if space opens in my soul companioning practice, please get in touch.

Is your spiritual life changing?

Perhaps old ways of believing and belonging no longer fit.

You may feel lost, uncertain or somewhere on the edge - still longing for connection
with God, Spirit, Love - but unsure what that looks like now.

You don't have to find your way alone.

A place to bring all of you

I am a soul companion, trained as a spiritual director and based in Auckland.

When you meet with me, all of you is welcome.

Your doubts.
Your joys.
Your questions.
Your grief.
Your unknowing.

I believe we each have our own knowing of God's presence, and that Love meets us wherever we are.

You won’t be handed a new set of answers. I will listen with you for what is emerging.

Together we can notice what brings you alive. What draws you towards Love.

A place to be seen

Sometimes what I’ve needed most is a witness. Someone who will sit with me for an hour a month - really see me, listen without judgement and walk alongside.

Spiritual directors have been vital for my own journey and I love being able to offer this space of hopeful witnessing to others.

I know what it is to find yourself at the edge of an old way of believing and belonging, unsure of what comes next.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Finding the sacred in everyday life

The sacred is not confined to church walls.

We can encounter God in silence, creativity, nature, our bodies and the ordinary ups and downs of life and relationships.

I love companioning people who are curious about an evolving or expanding spirituality and who want to discover their own ways of experiencing connection with Spirit.

Creativity and nature often become doorways into this deeper knowing.

I also draw on the Enneagram where it may be helpful. I am an IEQ Enneagram Practitioner.

Perhaps you are…

Drawn to nature and creativity.

Longing for a more embodied spirituality.

Maybe you simply want someone to share the journey with.

Bring all of you.

Whatever is changing, you don't have to walk it alone.
