Introduction to Green Sketching Workshop

  • Cockle Bay Reserve 10 Shelly Beach Parade Auckland, Auckland, 2014 New Zealand (map)

Green Sketching is a simple creative practice to deepen your communion with nature and renew your soul.

Come and spend some time Green Sketching with me and a small group of others. Step away from the busyness for a while and enjoy some gentle, creative space to reconnect with nature and nourish your soul.

I’ll guide you through the practice, with time to learn, practise and explore for yourself. We’ll be fully outdoors at Cockle Bay Reserve, surrounded by nature as we notice, wander and sketch.

If you can doodle, you can Green Sketch!

No drawing experience is needed and you won’t be asked to share your drawings. All sketching materials are provided.

Come dressed comfortably for the weather.

Koha

Suggested koha: $35–$75, as you are able. Includes morning tea and a hot drink from the coffee cart.

Wet weather

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the workshop will be postponed to Sunday 29 November. I’ll be in touch with registered participants if we need to use the rain date.
